Megadeth Comic Book
What's the deal with this Megadeth comic book idea???
Well, it seems that someone has finally take an interest in Megadeth, and have decided to do a documentary of sorts about them, in comic book form. Chaos! Comics has announced that they will be making a quarterly comic book devoted to Megadeth, and to help them get it right, Dave Mustaine himself is in on the making of it. They plan to explain vatious elements of Megadeth's history including song meanings and the creation of Vic and things like that. The picture
that is availible seems to demonstrate some of Skull Beneath The Skin.
Since it seems that we have been seeing less and less of Vic as time has gone by, this may be the last place that you'll be able to get a good supply of him, though the drawings not going to be as good as those of Ed Repka ( who has a great lead in votes at the Megadeth Survey ) because that would not be very conventional. But judging from the picture ot left, which appears to be the cover of a comic book, these people draw him well enough. It appears that the comic will cost $2.95 in America, and it is most likely that it won't be extremely availible anywhere else except maybe for some of Europe and Canada. The first one, out probably August 29th, will be written/drawn by Brian Pulido, Mike Flippinand Roy Young. The second, which will be out November 14th will be written by Brian Pulido, Jim Monti and Dan Monti.
